1 General Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services on the hibajee 8 platform. By accessing this site, creating an account, or taking part in any game or betting service, a user is considered to have read and agreed to all of the terms below.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All services on hibajee 8 are for individuals aged 21 or above only. If an underage person opens an account using a false age, that account will be cancelled and all associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

At the time of registration, users must confirm that they are legally eligible to use such services under the laws of Bangladesh. hibajee 8 reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on hibajee 8 is ৳200. Users can add funds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank may be used.

Every deposit must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Depositing from a third party's account or card is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account may be suspended and the related transaction cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawal is not possible until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• hibajee 8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in the event of unusual or suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals in cryptocurrency or any other digital currency are not available.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning in the example above, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Before the wagering requirement is met, withdrawal from the user's own deposit only is possible, but doing so will cancel the bonus.
• VIP cashback bonuses and other promotions have their own terms, which will be stated alongside the relevant offer.
• hibajee 8 reserves the right to change promotion terms or discontinue a promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

hibajee 8's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.5% cashback per week), and Gold (up to 0.8% cashback per week). Cashback is calculated on the week's net loss. Example: if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

hibajee 8 offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting. If a game's outcome becomes uncertain due to a technical error, that round may be declared void.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated software, or any form of manipulation to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw or loophole in the platform is not permitted.
• Using hibajee 8 for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will be treated as fraud.

6.3 Odds and Results

For sports betting, odds provided before a match starts are not final — they may change according to market conditions. Payouts will be calculated at the odds that were in place when the bet was accepted. If an event is cancelled or only partially completed, a decision will be made in accordance with hibajee 8's betting rules.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

hibajee 8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Operating an account with a false identity or false information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or unusual activity.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Upon account closure, any balance legally due (excluding bonuses where conditions have not been met) will be returned, though this may be held while an investigation is ongoing.
